Returns Policy
Xo Poppy aims for customer satisfaction. That means, if you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund.
Please note that custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded. All other return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your item and require proof of purchase. The items must be in original packaging and in new and unused condition.

Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in your order. This is clearly displayed before you place your order.
We ship most orders through USPS or FedEx within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping times may be delayed due to COVID-19 and holidays.

When placing an order, you will be required to provide certain information including your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details. You undertake that all details you provide are true and accurate.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Xo Poppy does not directly process or store any payment card data.
You acknowledge that we will charge your payment card at the point of sale to complete your purchase. If we are unable to complete the transaction for any reason we will refund your order total.
After receiving your order, we will send you an email confirming product details and shipment tracking information.
By making a purchase on this website you confirm that you do not require us to provide any physical invoices or paperwork. However, all transactions are recorded electronically for accounting and compliance purposes.
Xo Poppy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include system errors, item stock depletion, payment failure, or factors relating to suspicion of fraudulent activity. We will contact you if all or part of your order is canceled or if additional details are required to accept your order.
If your order is canceled after your payment card has been charged, Xo Poppy will issue a refund back to your card. Please allow 5-7 days for the credit to re-appear on your statement depending on your card provider.
Product Details
Xo Poppy strives to display products on our website as accurately as possible. However, actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and various other factors. As such, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on screen will exactly match the product color.
Product packaging may vary from what is displayed on site. We reserve the right to change or modify any product details without notice.
We try to keep item descriptions on our website as accurate as possible. However, we are not responsible for typographical errors, inconsistencies, or omissions in product descriptions.
